Grace Kingsley and Colon Hydrotherapy saved my life. Because serious mistakes were made while I was in the hospital for an accident, my digestive tract was trashed. After three straight weeks of four overlapping antibiotics, general anesthesia and trauma due to a blocked gastric canal, I was released.

I came to Grace Kingsley as an alternative to scheduling a colonoscopy. I was constipated more often than not, and produced what I can only describe as little rabbit pellets. I thought I was a pretty healthy eater, but what was going in was definitely not coming out. The Ejuva cleanse is the most proactive step I have taken in my personal health care regime. I am a slow starter and slow to change, but after 3 cleanses and a total of two years, my eating habits have improved dramatically ... along with my energy level, weight management, and overall well-being. My M.D. was amazed by my nearly perfect ratio of HDL to LDL at my last cholesterol screening. I don’t always achieve my goal of 80% live food per day, but I am always over 50%. Each Ejuva cleanse has brought me to a new level of discipline in "eating to live". However, this last cleanse produced an unusual result ... something I had read in other testimonials but didn’t dwell on. Grace has a poster in her bathroom that two years ago I could read without needing my reading glasses. Over the past two years my need for reading glasses has greatly increased. When I began my third cleanse, I could not read anything but the largest print without my glasses. Both Grace and I were astonished to see what we estimated to be in the area of 200 stones pass through the tube, several as large as grapes. I continued to pass stones at home, I estimate approximately 100 more, and again several of those were large ... one the size of a small walnut. I have reached new heights in my energy level and feelings of wellness. This is a step that I will include annually.
Exercise is definitely an important facet of physical health and wellness, but I have come to believe that it takes second place (but still must occur!) in my life. I did the Long Distance Runner Program with Grace Kingsley. I had several wonderful benefits. In addition to losing 7 lbs (10 over the entire month), my skin looked radiant and my hair looked shiny. Even my husband noticed the difference. My mental alertness increased and I had a lot of energy! I couldn't believe it after no solid food for a week! I did the Ejuva cleanse for a month prior to beginning Grace’s retreat. This really helped my to prepare my body by gradually eliminating harmful foods and beginning the detox process. The cleanse felt very gentle yet effective. I also took Pure Synergy Superfoods, which contributed to my increased energy. I was even able to work about 10 hours during the week of the retreat. I also did three colonics the week following the retreat. This was very helpful to continue the detox benefits as I was gradually re-introducing foods.
I have had some previous experience with cleansing. I've attended an institute four times in which the focus is cleansing through raw foods. I felt that Grace’s retreat was a better experience for several reasons. It was less expensive, in that I didn't have the travel expense. I could do it from the comfort of my own home. I am self-employed and was able to work full-time during the Ejuva portion and part-time during the juice retreat. It was also less radical in terms of food choices. The juices Grace served were delicious, so I didn't feel deprived.
My experience of the cleanse was that I felt supported before, during and after because I chose to do the entire package. I would definitely repeat this cleanse and would recommend doing the Ejuva and colonics in addition to the juice retreat. I felt that the combination of all three helped me to take full advantage of the juicing retreat.

Hi Grace,
I need to compose a ‘Thank You Grace!’ song, so I can sing it every day. As you know, I went from being a well-meaning-but-burdened person, to a healthy, joyful one in just a few days. And I have stayed that way! After 5 weeks, I am dizzy with anticipation about my future radiant health and joyful life, as I realize I am just beginning my new journey. Before I met you I tried to stay positive and cheerful, but it was hard when my body hurt all the time. Now it doesn't hurt at all, and joy comes naturally! With the help of your colon hydrotherapy, nutritional counseling, and beautiful, loving spirit, I have energy, clarity, and daily gleefulness that seemed impossible before. I don't miss coffee, sugar, or dairy as I thought I would. They were easy to give up and replace with my green juice and mostly raw foods.
