Protocols
Please Take Note of the Center’s Protocol
Although I am not Hindu, in that tradition it is internalized that ‘The Guest is God’. And so it is at my Center. You
are not only a client, you are a Divine Guest.
What you can expect of me:
- With the exception of dire family emergencies: If I fail to give the client a 48 hour notice for cancellation, the client's next session is free
- I am dedicated to anyone who is seriously interested in improving her/his health and willing to work toward that goal
- While you are in this office, you will have my full attention and focus on your well being.
- Listening is my priority
- Confidentiality is my cornerstone
- Respect for boundaries is paramount
What I expect of you:
- 48 hours notice of cancellation
- A full fee is charged for failure of 48 hours notice or for failure to show
- No refunds or returns on products purchased
- Time has been set aside for you alone. It would be expected that your honor this without question
- To be on time. If you are late, the time remaining in your session is yours
- To pay for services at the time they are rendered
- To have a sincere interest in the care of your health
- Respect for boundaries is paramount
